Moroccan Dry Rub

Simple and Great

A spicy taste of the Mediterranian with the flavors of clove and cinnamon. Use on chicken, pork, or duck.


Moroccan Dry Rub

Ingredients

2 TBSP ground paprika
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground allspice
1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder
*optional* 1/2 tsp ground fenugreek (try the Indian market)

Directions

Combine all ingredients and place in an airtight container for storage.
